Bluetooth DAQ and USB DAQ kits

The Bluetooth DAQ Starter Kit complements the USB DAQ Training Kit to allow everyone to learn either wired or wireless Data Acquisition in an affordable manner. For programming, they can use the industry specific LabVIEW, the popular .NET languages of Visual Basic (VB), C++ and C# or the Open Sourced Python.

With the EMANT380 Bluetooth DAQ, applications can now be built around the Android Smartphones (Symbian S60 OS or Windows Mobile drivers are available but provided for legacy reasons and not recommended for new projects).

For applications using the PC, EMANT380 Bluetooth DAQ allows for applications where isolation is important as well as rapid prototyping of embedded systems type solutions. Thus users with no knowledge of embedded systems can now build prototypes or proof of concepts for eventual implementation by embedded system engineers.

Our customers include

Educational Institutions that
want their students to learn DAQ & LabVIEW but cannot allocate the time to create instructional materials and the budget for industrial grade DAQ hardware.
want to make their existing .NET language or Python curriculum more interesting and relevant for engineering but without incurring a high cost in terms of instructional materials creation or hardware.
Students who need to use DAQ with LabVIEW or a .NET language Visual Basic (VB), C++ and C# or Python as part of their coursework or during their work attachments.
Industrial users who do not have to use DAQ with LabVIEW or Visual Basic (VB), C++ and C# .NET or Python on a regular basis. Or the DAQ hardware is deployed in production and unavailable for training
Hobbyists who are interested to explore the convergence of computers or smartphones, control and communication using .NET languages Visual Basic (VB) C# or the open sourced Python.

Users of our Bluetooth DAQ Starter Kit or the USB Data Acquisition (USB DAQ) Training Kit can learn about Sensors and DAQ programming either in a guided workshop or on their own using the on-line tutorials provided.
