Best android apps for kids education

Whether you are an apple iphone mother, an iPad father, or perhaps an Apple-agnostic type who favors Google’s Android operating-system, your children just know you as the one that buys the applications. However, using more than a million tablet and smartphone applications available across Apple’s iTunes Store and also the Google Play market, where would you attempt to get the best ones for your children?

For Babble’s annual roundup from the 50 best apps for kids, we checked out some fundamental criteria that your family may also consider before installing an application. Every application we examined needed to have obtained a time-appropriate rating (“4+” in Apple’s situation “Everybody” in Google’s). We considered if the application permitted parents to sign up in, or at best oversee, whatever their children used to do onscreen. Additionally, even when the applications specified for to just keep kids busy while you are in line at the shop, there needed to be some positive or educational element for them.

We have divided our top 50 kids applications by category, cost, and age groups (browse the full list here!). (In the end attempted to get rid of applications that may let kids accidentally make in-game purchases, a couple of in our applications provide upgradeable features that have a price.) Applications which are labeled “HD” are only at iPad, but almost all the iTunes Store applications we selected may be used on any Apple device you have.

Hopefully you’ve as entertaining checking these out once we did testing them. And when we skipped one, make sure to inform us regarding your faves within the comments! &mdash Aaron Burgess
